Training our own employees is proof of our long-term commitment to Field Service. This is why we continue to develop our own Training Academy. The comprehensive set-up with an API 612 Steam Turbine and an API 617 Compressor, amongst other hardware, allows us to train and educate our new team members and crews on critical tasks, on new technologies as well as teamwork. The specific equipment provides ideal conditions for training critical activities on real machines. This includes all critical lifts including turning of top half casings in an environment where time is available to review the many important details.

During a recent turbine training a participant commented: "It was great, we learned a lot and the passion for turbomachinery was certainly well transferred". During this training the participants learned and simulated practical tasks in a safe environment. Skills were brought up to date with the latest technology developments.
