AST Turbo Field Service team successfully completed another major turnkey shutdown in the Middle East. The project covered major overhauls on multiple steam turbines and process gas compressors and cryogenic expanders. The activities in a world-scale Petrochemical Plant included the mobilization of a 100+ size crew. The full suite of AST Turbo developed Lean TAR Management Tools was deployed including:

• MTS lean modular tooling system
• AMT laser tracking technology
• ATV trip valve performance tester
• ART reporting tool
• FME bespoke foreign material exclusion arrangement
